Any special requests must be made at time of booking but these cannot be guaranteed.

No Smoking

Southern Holidays operate a total NON SMOKING policy on board all coaches.

Your Luggage

Only ONE medium size suitcase per person will be permitted in the luggage compartment of the coach. The size must NOT exceed 30 x 18 x 10 (inches) and approximately 451lb's in weight. Hand luggage must not exceed one small hold all per person. We regret we are unable to carry freezer boxes on our coaches.

Your Hotel Accommodation

Accommodation within Europe varies and within the new 2009 brochure we have given our (Southern Holidays) opinion relating to each hotel. The accommodation and meals as stated in description. Full-board, Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Half-board, breakfast and dinner. Fully inclusive, breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and drinks. Rooms - Single bedded, Twin bedded, Triple and Quadruple are twin bedded rooms with extra beds added.

Our Coach

All Southern Holiday coaches offer reclining seats, air conditioning, washroom and toilet, video/DVD, and complimentary hot and cold drinks served by your hostess or host. Please note that where special request are made for coach seats the position of the toilet or emergency exits may vary according to the coach used.

Holiday Payments by Cheque or Cash

There is no charge for this service, cheque may be sent though the post (cheque's made payable to Southern Holidays Ltd), along with a completed booking form. Cash UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should be sent though the post, it is only accepted in our office.

Not Included in your Holiday

All meals and drinks on your outward and return journeys. (other than complimentary tea + coffee provided on board your coach).

All optional excursions at your resort.

Your Insurance

Holiday insurance is required by all travelling, but you do not have to buy your insurance from Southern Holidays, but you will be required to prove to us at time of booking that you do have your own insurance. We recommend that all passengers obtain an EHIC form. This will enable you to obtain emergency treatment within E.C. Hospitals. Such EHIC forms are available from your post office or online by clicking here.

Passports

All passengers must have a valid Passport and visa if required.

Your Infants and Children

All infants under the age of 1 year travel free of charge, but any cots or food provided at your hotel must be paid direct to your hotel. We require to be informed of such circumstances at the time of booking. Children up to 10 years and up to 12 years are subject to price panels relating to your choice of hotel. Reductions for children are available only when sharing a room with 2 full paying adults. At some of the hotels a limited number of free child places are available. When this has expired, the first child will be charged from £99.00. (This does not apply to fully inclusive hotels).
