The resorts that we travel to are along the Costa Brava and Costa Maresma coastline which form part of the larger area of Catalonia. Each resort has its own characteristics and attractions, Calella with its bustling centre, the beach of Santa Susanna, the charming atmosphere of Malgart, the fisherman's wharf in blanes, the excitement of Lloret, The picturesque scenery around Tossa de Mar and Pineda with its many traditional Spanish squares.

All our resorts have been carefully selected to ensure that there is something for everyone. There are plenty of activities for all to enjoy from watersports and horse riding to simply relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches.

    Costa Brava is the name given to the northern most stretch of Catalan coast, with small secluded coves and beaches where pine groves run down to the water's edge. Scattered around are long, sandy beaches, like those around the Gulf of Rosas.

    Rosas, one of the foremost fishing ports on the northern Catalan coast has a fine marina. The old town dates back to the 16th century. It was built on the orders of Charles V so as to make Rosas a stronghold against the threat of a Turkish invasion. Today, Rosas offers a wide choice of local shops and entertainment for all ages, together with sandy beaches, making it an ideal holiday destination.

    Tossa offers its visitors a beautiful beach and bay, surrounded by the rugged coastline (Costa Brava). It is ideal choice for a wonderful relaxing holiday in one of the most attractive resorts of Costa Brava.

    Only 16 km from Lloret de Mar, Tossa is a total contrast, with its beautiful 15th century town. Its narrow streets are full of family run restaurants offering such dishes as 'calamaris farcit' and lobster.

    In the "Vila Nova" new town, you can find a good choice of shops together with an abundance of night life. Tossa has its own market day every Thursday.

    This tourist resort prides itself on having the largest number of hotels along the Costa Brava coast as well as two beaches. The largest at Lloret and the other at Fenals which is situated approximately 1km from Lloret.

    Lloret is a really lively resort with coarse sandy beaches, clear blue seas and wide promenades fringed with palm trees. At night, bars, discotheques, night clubs and casino make up the true feeling of Lloret de Mar.

    Malgrat de Mar is a summer resort on the Catalan coastline known as the Costa Maresma. The numerous hotels and restaurants, coarse sandy beach and calm seas make this resort ideal for all types of water sports.

    A little further along the foreshore we arrive at Santa Susanna, with its wide golden beaches ideal for soaking up the sunshine. Both resorts are connected by a wide promenade stretching over 2km. The local railway offers a regular service which can provide an inexpensive way to visit other costal resorts. The railway must be crossed to reach the beach. Both resorts are ideal for all the family.

    Pineda de mar is located in the middle of the costa del maresma, in between the costal mountain range and the sea. The resort has a long and wide sandy beach offering a variety of watersports and a well equipped nautical facility.

    The town has a pleasant layout with traditional Spanish squares, groves, water fountains, flowerbeds and lawns, making it a very family friendly resort. It also offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and excellent transport connections.
